Forrest Yoga is an invigorating, introspective style of yoga. In each lesson an intention is set in order to approach a topic in a targeted manner, to feel it, to allow it. It may be a heart issue, feeling an injury or "just" one's own body. Our input usually comes from outside, we rarely feel what it does to us. With Forrest Yoga you can pursue this, trace it and use your breath as your tool, your safety net. How many times a day do we hold our breath when we are stressed? Or hyperventilated? How often do we breathe when we speak, do we just start talking or does the breath flow evenly and make our speech smooth?

All of this is addressed at Forrest Yoga. Although this is a vigorous style of yoga, there are always options for everyone, for eventual has injuries or if you are a beginner and of course also if you are already an advanced yogi or yogini.
